You will find a warm and friendly welcome on your admission to our clinic for treatment. Although admissions must be booked in advance, in most events we can assist with a new admission within a day of placing the booking.
Clients, family members, friends, and medical experts can all refer new patients. Our team is prepared to receive you upon arrival once you have confirmed your booking.
We'll introduce you to the clinical team on arriving at our clinic and will show you around so that you can acquaint yourself with the layout of the facility. Upon Admission - Your First 24 Hours
We will arrange for you to see our detox specialist psychiatrist during your first 24 hours with us.
During this visit a complete evaluation of your mental and medical treatment requirements will be conducted. A complete detox program will be authorized if needed. The detox will then be conducted and administered under stringent procedures by our medical health experts.
Your psychiatrist will then suggest and emphasise any aspect of your medical care programme which needs more focus. It's crucial to us that all your treatment requirements are fulfilled for the duration of your stay an so we'll make sure that anything that's suggested or stressed is integrated into your customised treatment plan. Our clinical director, medical personnel and counsellors will then regularly review your treatment plan to make sure that you always get the top care.
Our warm and friendly employees will help you to settle into the place once you have completed your assessment. Our staff are always available to offer reassurance, give advice and help in all matters especially because we recognize that this is a trying and worrisome time for most people.
